If the USPS tracking says item delivered we are assuming you have received your order. It's your responsibility to check with your local post office for confirmation. This includes P.O. boxes. We use boxes for most orders and our team wraps everything very well for shipment. All of our boxes contain "fragile" on the box. After it leaves our warehouse we have no control.

Bath bomb fizzies and bubble bar/scoops are fragile and can break upon arrival. This does not alter them in any way. We will use bubble mailers for smaller and lightweight items to save on shipping. Please keep in mind we only ship to the address provided at time of order placement.
